Terms of Service

Saaya is operated by Arshdeep Dhanoa, doing business as Milni ("Milni", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship based in the United States. Saaya is an AI chief-of-staff product that helps you run and grow your business through specialist AI agents that can act on your behalf across the tools and platforms you connect.

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using Saaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Saaya.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Saaya. If you are using Saaya on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms, and that you are authorized to connect the social, email, payment, and other accounts you link to Saaya.

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@milni.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Saaya only takes actions on a connected account (e.g. publishing a Facebook post, replying to an Instagram comment, sending an email) when you explicitly authorize that action — either step-by-step or through standing instructions you've configured.

• You grant Saaya permission to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve when connecting each account.
• You are solely responsible for any content posted, sent, or published from your connected accounts through Saaya, including ensuring it complies with the rules of those platforms (e.g. Meta's Community Standards and Platform Policies, Google's API terms).
• You can disconnect any connected account at any time from Settings → Connections. Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the stored tokens for that connection.

You agree not to use Saaya to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive marketing.
• Scrape, harvest, or resell data from any third-party platform you connect.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization.
• Violate the terms or policies of Meta, Google, or any other platform you connect to Saaya.
• Generate or distribute illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Saaya, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Abuse AI usage limits, attempt to circumvent quotas, or share an account across multiple individuals to avoid paying for additional usage.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Saaya uses third-party large language models to generate text, drafts, briefings, and other outputs. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing, sending, or acting on it. Saaya is a tool to assist you — not a substitute for your own professional judgment (including legal, financial, medical, or regulatory matters).

Saaya offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. By starting a paid plan you authorize us (through our payments processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance and per-day caps. Usage beyond your included amount may incur overage charges, which are disclosed in-app before they are billed.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• We may change pricing or plan structure on at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app.

Saaya, the Milni name, the Saaya name, the product UI, and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by Milni. You retain full ownership of the business content you input into Saaya and of the AI outputs Saaya generates for you in the course of using the Service. You grant Milni a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Saaya integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, our payments processor, and AI model providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Milni is not responsible for the actions, outages, content moderation, account suspensions, or policy changes of any third-party platform.

You may stop using Saaya and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Saaya if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create a significant risk to Milni or other users. On termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Saaya is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milni and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of Saaya. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milni and Arshdeep Dhanoa from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of Saaya, (b) content you create, post, or publish through Saaya, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use of Saaya after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
